Strathairn Court was built in 1992 and comprises a four storey building, built around an atrium. The basement is used for parking and the laundry area; whilst the other floors each comprises 18 studio units. Access between floors is via stairs located at the end of the atrium and a single car elevator. Strathairn Court is laid out on a site approximately 22,197 square feet providing adequate movement/parking area. The boundaries are secured with concrete block wall and the entrance is protected with drop bars manned from a guard house on a 24 hour basis.
