This vacation rental complex was built in 2012. The complex consists of one five storey residential building, consisting of one bedrooms and two bedroom luxury units. The roof boasts a community gym and spectacular views of Kingston.

Site improvements include guard house, off road parking areas, automatic entrance and exit gate, reinforced concrete block walling and soft landing.
SERVICES

Banking, shopping,petrol stations and other domestic requirements are located within
walking distance at both Half Way Tree and New Kingston. The area benefits from
the provision of the full range of urban services such as paved roads, street lighting, cable television, garbage collection, mail delivery, telephone, Internet, cable TV, domestic water, electricity supply, police and fire protection.

Public transportation passes in front of the property on Hope Road.
NEIGHBOURHOOD

The Startahrain is situated approximately 100 metres east of Half-Way-Tree Square which forms part of a very busy commercial and commuter centre. Being located in the central "uptown" area, Half Way Tree is an important commuter centre with arterial roads leading to more or less all points of the compass; Papine (with the main campuses of the University of Technology and the University of the West Indies ); Hagley Park and Molynes Roads; Cross roads and "Downtown Kingston". There is also a wide variety of shops, pharmacies, restaurants and recreational facilities available at nearby New Kingston and the Half Way Tree Nucleus. For example, the property is within walking distance from the Half Way Tree Transport Centre- a state-of-the-art transport hub. The breath-taking centre sits on over 18,500 square metre, and accommodates 101 Jamaica Urban Transit buses only, that ply 63 routes between the Corporate Area, Portmore and Spanish Town. The centre boasts over 17,000 square metres of commercial space that includes 17 shops, four kiosks, a food court and 17 public toilets. The centre is be complemented by a 26-storey twin towers in the near future. The new hub uses a modern integrated management system to enhance operations and provide real-time scheduling of all buses entering and leaving the centre. The new Kingston area is home to all the major financial institutions in Jamaica- including seven commercial banks, four building societies and three merchant banks.
